GEIGERRIG Pressurized Hydration Packs produces only the highest quality hydration packs, hydration engines, in-line filters and other hydration pack accessories. We will stand behind our products. All GEIGERRIG branded products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser (”Purchaser”) of the product and is not transferable. During the two year warranty period, GEIGERRIG will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the pressurized hydration pack, Hydration Engine, or valve at no additional charge.
Additionally, GEIGERRIG offers a lifetime guaranty against leakage on the hydration engine portion of our pressurized hydration packs, including bladders (Hydration Engine), drink tube and bite valve.
Below is a form to submit a warranty claim. You will receive a response and action from GEIGERRIG within 1-2 business days of submitting the claim. To help us quickly take care of you, please look closely at the two pictures below. The "Batch Code" for your hydration system is imprinted on the outer edge of lower part of the closure fold for the hydration engine (It could be on the left or right edge of the lower part of the closure fold.). There will be a number and a series of dots (up to 12 dots). In the example below, the Batch Code is "10 with 3 dots". Please try to provide this information to us when filling out the warranty form. It is easier to see the batch code if you hold the hydration system up to a light.
