GEIGERRIG Pressurized Hydration Packs, Engines, Filters and Accessories are produced by Aquamira Technologies, Inc. (Aquamira) using only the highest quality components and materials. We stand behind our products -- period. Here is what you need to know when you experience a problem with one of our products:
Hydration Packs and Filters: Aquamira warrants all GEIGERRIG branded products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Normal Wear or filter clogging is not a material or design defect. This warranty is limited to, and for the benefit of, the Original Purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. During the two year warranty period, Aquamira will repair or replace, at its option, the defective part of the Pressurized Hydration Pack, Hydration Engine, Power Bulb, Filter, Bite valve, Tube or Connectors at no charge.
Hydration Engine Reservoirs: Aquamira offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty against Leakage on the GEIGERRIGReservoir portion of our pressurized Hydration Engines:
Reservoir: The portion of the Hydration Engine that holsters the water and pressurizing air; including connectors and closure, but excluding hoses, pumps and bite valves. (All non-reservoir parts fall under our two year warranty noted above.)
Leak: A seam separation, hole or crack in the reservoir that can be attributed to a defect in the materials or workmanship.
Lifetime: The period of use while in the possession of the Original Purchaser.
Defects in Material and Workmanship: Includes but s not limited to failures having to do with defects in material, design, production processes or control. “Defects”do not include; “normal wear,” clogging, (filters) or failure due to exposure to extreme conditions, accidents, misuse, abuse, or the inability to use the product according to its intended use or instructions.

It takes less than 5 minutes to complete the form. Please know that we reward honesty and will treat you fairly. If, in your honest assessment, the product has failed due to an accident, misuse or exposure to extreme conditions--please tell us. It doesn't mean that we won't help you, or work with you, to resolve your needs. Our promise to you is that you'll be happy and satisfied that you took the time to communicate to us using this form and that we will make it worth your while.
